We offer real estate agency services. We mediate the rental and sale of apartments, houses, farms, land and buildings for recreation. We provide professional assistance in obtaining mortgages and offer consulting services.

We deal with the management of residential and non-residential premises. We provide maintenance of technical records of common parts of the house in common areas. We also offer property valuation for movable and immovable property, drafting of statutes for the association of unit owners, mediation of real estate activities.

We operate a gift shop. We support Czech and Slovak small brands and publishers of children's literature. We offer jewellery, toys and gift items. Since February 2026 we have a children's corner open to the general public.

The residence offers modern apartment buildings arranged in a checkerboard pattern, between which there is a green zone for recreation. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, and there are garage spaces and cellars in the basement. A total of 220 new apartments will be built in four phases. The residential building offers 2+kk and 3+kk apartment categories.
