Specialists in the Sušice and Šumava regions. We have been offering comprehensive real estate services for over 17 years. We handle every detail—we facilitate the sale and rental of apartments, houses, cottages, country homes, land, and commercial spaces. We also arrange for the preparation of a building’s energy performance certificate and an expert appraisal.

I can offer my clients a guarantee of certainty and quality of services, friendly and reliable negotiations or complete service from the first to the last meeting, e.g. determination of the real selling price, property inspections, transfer of the property to the new owner, tax obligations, etc.

We are a real estate agency with a tradition since 1990. We provide services in the sale, lease or auction of real estate. We consider the satisfaction of each client as a matter of our personal honor. Therefore, individual approach, honesty, security and safe transfer of money are a matter of course with us. We look forward to your visit.

In our real estate agency we will be happy to help you with the sale or lease of real estate (apartment, cottage, house, land, commercial space) mainly in the district of Písek, but also in other regions. We are all about satisfied clients. We are members of ARK and JHK.

We have been here for you since 2005. Although we have grown a lot over the years, we remain a Czech family company. You can see it in the atmosphere in our real estate office and in the way we always meet you, our clients. We follow trends in the industry and look for ways to make our services even better.
