We operate a haematology and transfusion department. We stock transfusion products and perform blood draws. We provide the possibility of autotransfusion. We deal with diagnosis and treatment of diseases of hematopoiesis and blood clotting disorders. We provide examination, counselling and treatment of patients with blood diseases.

This department provides biochemistry, hematology and transfusion services. It processes biological material from the inpatient and outpatient parts of the hospital and also from general practitioners and specialists from Rokycany and the surrounding area.

The department provides laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment control. The service is provided to both inpatient and outpatient departments as well as private practices and other medical and health care professionals. Most tests are performed by the laboratory on the same day.

The outpatient clinic is used for solving not only acute health problems of paediatric patients. It also deals with prevention and counselling in specialised areas of paediatric care.
