For forensic purposes, this lab screens metals in electrical injuries and differentiates between gunshot and gunshot defects in gunshot wounds. The serology laboratory determines blood types and identifies traces of biological origin.

Processing of necropsies and staining of histological slides by classical methods used in pathology and anatomy departments. For forensic purposes, fat-stained cryostat excisions are made to demonstrate fat embolism to confirm the diagnosis of intravital violence on the human body.

Fetal medicine and ultrasound diagnostic center.

We operate a specialized workplace for laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases, especially of viral origin. We perform complete virological diagnostics extended to some other infectious agents.

In the gas chromatography laboratory, analyses of volatile organic compounds are carried out. This involves the determination of ethanol in blood (or urine) for medical or legal purposes.
