We provide social, welfare and health services to seniors, homeless people, mothers with children in need and people in the final stages of life. We also offer services for people with chronic illness, people with chronic mental illness, people in crisis, people without shelter, children and youth.

The Citizens' Advice Bureau provides advice, information and assistance to citizens who find themselves in a difficult social situation. It seeks to ensure that citizens do not suffer from ignorance of their rights and obligations, lack of knowledge of the services available or the inability to express their needs or defend their legitimate interests.
