The Citizens' Advice Bureau offers advice, assistance and open acceptance to persons over 18 years of age who find themselves in an unfavourable life situation (family relations, financial situation, communication with the authorities, housing situation, etc.) or are threatened with such a situation.

We run a not-for-profit organisation and offer expert social counselling. We focus on debt, family, employment and property issues. We provide advice, information, assistance and active help to people who find themselves in a difficult life situation or are threatened with such a situation.

Together with the client, we look for a solution to their complex life situation. We deal with citizens in an unfavourable social situation who are unable to help themselves. We inform about the positive and negative consequences of possible solution procedures.

We provide free advice in the areas of family law, property law, employment law, civil cohabitation and consumer law. We help clients to solve problems with debts, foreclosures or housing.
