The aim of the project is to offer quality housing for families with children and individuals near the centre of Ostrava, with good civic and transport infrastructure. The building consists of 3 sections of 3 to 4 floors with a total of 53 apartments ranging in size from 1+kk to 4+kk apartments with a terrace.

A modern residential project where seven apartment buildings with a green square create a new centre of the village of Ostravice in the heart of the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area.
