I perform appraisals for sale or purchase of real estate, settlement of co-ownership, inheritance, depreciation, investment or corporate purposes, or determination of customary rents. I exclusively perform real estate appraisals outside of banking and mortgage institutions. I am not interested in any real estate agency.
