I am Jan Janků, a real estate agent with more than 13 years of experience in the industry. I believe that every client deserves an individual approach and the utmost care, which is why I try to listen to the needs and wishes of everyone who contacts me. My goal is to create long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction.

I will prepare an estimate of the property price for you in the case of inheritance, settlement of the JJM, sale, purchase or lease of the property. I offer my services as a real estate appraiser in the South Bohemia Region and the Vysočina Region. I focus on valuation of houses, flats, cottages, chalets and land.
