We started out as builders, but soon realised that if we wanted to sell houses that we built with love, why not do it ourselves. Most real estate agents struck us as charlatans. Brokers who would say and do absolutely anything to sell. We decided to change that.

We are a local real estate agency. Our advantage is our knowledge of the real estate market in Rousínov and its surroundings. We are familiar with its locality as well as local authorities and institutions. We offer you an individual approach to each project. For developers we offer a unique program: the DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS.
