We specialise in providing care to people who require round-the-clock nursing care due to their deteriorating health. Within the DZR social service we mainly focus on people suffering from Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia.

Providing in-home nursing care to senior or disabled citizens.

We provide assistance in coping with common personal care tasks, hygiene and the exercise of rights. We offer educational and activation activities, mediation of contact with the social environment, social rehabilitation.

We offer short- and medium-term stays for the elderly, including facilities such as reclining beds and bedside tables. We also provide care advice and exercise to improve mobility. Our aim is to make our clients feel at home and have the support they need.

We provide social services to clients with reduced self-sufficiency due to chronic mental illness and those with dementia, Alzheimer's and other types of dementia who have reduced self-sufficiency.

We provide residential respite social services to clients with combined disabilities. The capacity of the facility is 18 beds and the typical length of respite services is 1 week to 3 months, during which time the caregiver can take care of his/her affairs (vacation, renovation, medical procedure).

We provide various types of services to people who find themselves in a difficult life or social situation. In this way we try to prolong the quality of life of our clients in a natural social environment for as long as possible. The target group of the organization's activities are mainly seniors.

Providing home health care. This is a form of home health care. Nurses provide specialist health care to patients with long term and acute conditions whose health does not allow them to see a GP.

We are a centre of complex hospice care - we provide medical and social care especially for Brno and its immediate surroundings. We provide inpatient hospice care, home hospice care, palliative medicine outpatient clinic, professional social counselling, relief service in the field and in residence and equipment rental.

Provision of accommodation for the elderly whose self-sufficiency in meeting the basic needs of life is already reduced.

The mission of the service is to support adolescents and adults with disabilities and their families in Brno and the surrounding area so that they can live as independently and self-sufficiently as possible in the environment they have chosen to live in.

We support our clients in their self-sufficiency so that they can remain in their natural environment for as long as possible. We provide assistance in coping with common self-care tasks, help with personal hygiene, household management and more.
