The mission of the NOE Frýdek-Místek Independent Living Support Service is to provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities and experience of mental illness so that they can live independently.
We provide comprehensive services in a home setting. We offer health care and social services to the public. Specifically, home health care services that are fully covered by health insurance, indicated by a physician and are for all age groups.
We operate a day care centre and provide services to people with intellectual disabilities and combined disabilities. We advise users on options for dealing with their adverse situation. We provide assistance in coping with routine self-care tasks and other services.
Offering specialised medical care to people with terminal illnesses, including treatment for the pain that progressive illness brings with it. We provide care for the dying and their families, companionship services, provision of beds, religious services, psychological counseling, respite services.
St. Christopher's Mobile Hospice provides care for people in the terminal stage of life whose illness is no longer responding to treatment. The service takes place in the patient's home environment. Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through an on-call service.
