The mission of the Charity House of St. Wenceslas - Home for the Elderly is to provide dignified and empathetic help, support and care to the elderly. We strive to ensure that seniors can live a peaceful old age, preferably with constant contact with their loved ones.

We offer registered social services. We provide a nursing service, a day care centre, sheltered housing, respite care and an outreach programme. We provide clients with assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for their own person, personal hygiene or providing conditions for personal hygiene.

The respite service is a residential service, usually provided from one day to three months, for persons over 65 years of age who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age, adverse health conditions or disability and who are otherwise cared for at home.

We offer outreach care services for the elderly and disabled who are in adverse social situations. We provide services for reduced self-sufficiency or chronic illness.

Our primary activities include the provision of medical care (medical assistance, first aid and assistance to the disabled) at sports, cultural, social and other events, as well as close cooperation with the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). We provide first aid training.

The mission of the Charity Centre of Mother Teresa - Care Service Ostrava is to provide seniors and persons with reduced self-sufficiency with quality field social services in their natural environment.

Comprehensive home hospice care is provided to terminally ill patients. We offer medical, social, psychological and spiritual care in a home-like environment.

The mission of the Charity House of St. Elizabeth - a facility for the transitional stay of seniors is to provide dignified, empathetic and professional social care to seniors for a transitional period, i.e. until their adverse social situation is resolved.

We support adults with mental illness to acquire, maintain and develop the skills needed in everyday life so that they can live it more independently and more fully on their own terms.

Running a day care centre and supporting people with mental, physical and combined disabilities. Organisation of educational, work and leisure activities. Special educator, gymnasium and lounge area also available. We provide dry and wet rehabilitation.

We provide one-on-one support and assistance to people with memory disorders caused by Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia. We offer expert advice to family carers. We provide mediation of contact with the social environment and social therapeutic activities.
