Operation of a home for the elderly.

Our primary activities include the provision of medical care (medical assistance, first aid and assistance to the disabled) at sports, cultural, social and other events, as well as close cooperation with the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). We provide first aid training.

Running a day care centre and supporting people with mental, physical and combined disabilities. Organisation of educational, work and leisure activities. Special educator, gymnasium and lounge area also available. We provide dry and wet rehabilitation.

Comprehensive home hospice care is provided to terminally ill patients. We offer medical, social, psychological and spiritual care in a home-like environment.

Provision of social care and social prevention services within the meaning of Act No.108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, including the provision of selected optional activities.

Offering specialised medical care to people with terminal illnesses, including treatment for the pain that progressive illness brings with it. We provide care for the dying and their families, companionship services, provision of beds, religious services, psychological counseling, respite services.

The mission of the Charity Centre of Mother Teresa - Care Service Ostrava is to provide seniors and persons with reduced self-sufficiency with quality field social services in their natural environment.

The respite service is provided to people with reduced self-sufficiency who are temporarily unable to stay in their natural environment. The residential form of the service also allows carers the necessary rest or space to take care of personal matters.

The Volunteer Hospice Centre helps people at the end of life through volunteers who undergo a special course. It strives to accompany the sick with dignity, alleviate their loneliness and support their loved ones in difficult times.

St. Christopher's Mobile Hospice provides care for people in the terminal stage of life whose illness is no longer responding to treatment. The service takes place in the patient's home environment. Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through an on-call service.
