We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

Providing medical, nursing, care or respite services. We provide meals, leisure activities, social counseling and social activation services for the elderly.

Operation of a home for the elderly. Facility with continuous year-round operation providing permanent residence. The home for the elderly provides a safe, dignified and peaceful environment for users who, due to age and health, cannot live in their natural environment.

We run a nursing home. There are a total of 22 apartments in the house.

We operate a home for the elderly with basic health, nursing and social care services. Through our activities we support our clients in self-sufficiency, a dignified way of life and existing social contacts. The capacity of the home is 85 beds.

Providing care services for the elderly. Offering special needs residential care, home health care, and rental of compensatory aids. Providing regular events such as garden fetes, lectures, exercise classes, recreation and tours for seniors.

Providing care services for the elderly and those with reduced ability to care for themselves. Offer of accommodation in homes with special purpose, home health care, rental of compensatory aids. Providing garden fetes, lectures, exercise classes, recreation and tours for seniors.

Providing health care services including but not limited to defect dressings, rehabilitation, injections, infusions, medications and blood draws. We also operate a home hospice, this is a medical and nursing service designed for patients in a home environment with terminal terminal illness.

We provide field social services. We are the founder of professional social service workplaces in various parts of the Czech Republic, which include facilities for care services, respite services or other services related to the care of the user in his own social environment.

We can arrange home health care for patients. For example, we provide wound care and dressings, prevention of pressure sores, injections and infusions and other professional help. If home health care is prescribed by a physician, it is covered by insurance.

Offer medical and nursing assistance in the form of respite services. We provide assistance in coping with common self-care tasks, assistance with personal hygiene or in exercising rights. We provide social therapy and meals. We offer accommodation with a capacity of 27 beds.

Registered provider of social services. We support and help those who are caring for a loved one at home and offer them the opportunity to have a few days rest, including nights out, away from their caring environment. We also offer care advice and specialist psychological support.

Providing social and nursing services, meal delivery and home care services. We provide residential respite and outreach services. We offer assistance with personal hygiene tasks, household maintenance and cleaning, and escorting to doctors, offices and more.
