The organization is established by the town of Mělník for the purpose of providing social services Home for the elderly Ludmila and Pension, Home with special regime Vážka and field and outpatient care services intended mainly for old, disabled citizens in an unfavourable social situation.

We provide home health care, personal assistance, social outreach care, respite and social activation services. We operate day care centres.

Home with special regime (registered social service No. 7907684) for elderly people with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. Our mission is to provide quality care to the elderly. The capacity of the home is 142 beds. We are a member of the Association of Social Service Providers of the Czech Republic.

We provide services to children and adults who, due to mental or combined disabilities, have lower self-sufficiency, reduced intellectual abilities and whose situation requires regular assistance.

We offer services to people with reduced self-sufficiency mainly due to age 65 and over. We provide regular visits to a GP, urologist, psychiatrist and surgeon. A hairdresser and barber are available. We organise competitions, games, knowledge quizzes, painting, crafts and musical performances by the children.

We are a registered provider of social services, we run a home for the elderly and a home with a special regime and provide respite services. We offer rehabilitation services for clients.
