The Association brings together independent arbitrators specialising in arbitration and mediators and provides them with administrative and other support necessary for the proper conduct of arbitration proceedings. It is also a forum for discussion and consultation and a platform for the exchange of experience in the field of arbitration and substantive law.

The activities of the association are aimed at providing assistance in difficult life situations when claiming compensation for an injury or car accident.
