We are a family-owned design and construction firm specializing in the renovation of single-family homes and apartment buildings; we also handle applications for the New Green Savings grant and other subsidies.

We insulate flat roofs, roof terraces and gardens. We insulate substructures and foundations, pools, ponds, tanks and sumps. We carry out sheet metal roofs and install sheet metal facades made of templates, slats and cassettes. We carry out roof inspections and service checks, we prepare proposals for roof and terrace solutions.

We repair insulation damaged by martens and repair the roof without dismantling the gypsum board or the roof structure.

I offer design and engineering activities in construction. Elaboration of design documentation of ground structures mainly family and apartment houses, halls, garages, driveways and utility connections including preparation of PENB and NZU.
