I design houses and reconstructions in the Moravian-Silesian region as long-term investments, not just a project for permits. Each proposal is based on an examination of the land, budget and future operation of the house.

We offer individual and catalogue projects for passive and low-energy houses, civil and industrial buildings, including budget and building permit processing. We provide complex execution of building procedures, author's supervision, investor's supervision.
