I design houses and reconstructions in the Moravian-Silesian region as long-term investments, not just a project for permits. Each proposal is based on an examination of the land, budget and future operation of the house.

We offer the development of a project for a passive house and an existing family house. We also provide interior design and turnkey construction of houses. We can solve the technology of heating, ventilation and hot water preparation, the financial requirements of the annual consumption of the house. The output is an energy study.

As an independent financial advisor, I help people tackle their finances from A to Z - from reviewing existing contracts to mortgages, investments to setting a long-term financial strategy.
