In a unique basement space, directly below the guesthouse is a historic cellar. The space is the perfect place for evening refreshments as well as entertainment.

We have more than 70 wines from Moravian winemakers ready for you to taste. We were inspired by the idea of the Wine Salon in Valtice. We wanted to create a place where you can visit at any time of the year and taste wines from nearby wine regions.

The wines are produced using the classic peasant method, thus achieving the characteristics characteristic of the variety and the Hustopeci area. We are the right place for refreshments in Palava. We have Bernard and lemonades on tap. We offer pizza, soup, goulash and grilled food. Moravian wine is a matter of course.
