We ferment our wines on natural yeasts, we do not filter and we sulphurise only minimally. Thanks to this, you will taste the real variety of wines with us and your head will thank you in the morning. We don't add anything to our wines that doesn't belong there, which is why our wine tastings are popular with allergy sufferers and vegans.
