I focus on therapeutic guidance for individuals, couples or families. I also do therapy with children with whom I process their emotions in a playful way. In my work, I feel it is important to provide a safe and respectful space for our sessions where you can confide your difficulties.

I offer personal counselling and coaching. I help to find solutions and cope with the difficulties that life brings. Not everything can be handled by oneself and then it is good to seek help.

I am a lactation consultant o.z. MAMILA. I will prepare you for breastfeeding already during pregnancy, help you with breastfeeding after the birth, but also at any time later. I will provide you with help and support throughout the entire breastfeeding process (in person and online counselling). I will advise you on sleeping and soothing your baby, feedings and ergonomic carrying.

I offer psychological counselling, coaching and crisis intervention. I am also a participant of psychotherapeutic training in cognitive-behavioural therapy.
