I help children, adolescents and adults manage anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties and other challenging life situations. I also support children and their families coping with long-term illnesses such as type 1 diabetes. I offer an individual approach aimed at building psychological resilience.

I offer individual and couples therapy/counseling for adults. After an individual assessment of the current situation also for those under 18 years of age. Sessions can also be conducted online.

Coaching is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. I am dedicated to personal development and education, focusing not only on the public, but especially on those in the helping professions and informal carers.
