We run a school restaurant where pupils from the cook/waiter apprenticeship cook.

Operation of the restaurant.

Breakfast buffet is prepared daily for guests of our restaurant, lunch and dinner are served. Lunch and dinner are in the spirit of Czech classics, complemented by international cuisine. Our offer also includes themed gastro weekends. We also operate a café and bistro.

We operate a restaurant offering home-cooked cuisine with individual attention to the various dietary restrictions of our guests. The restaurant also includes a wine cellar. For tasting and consumption we offer quality Moravian wines from family wineries.
