We are an organic certified Elderberry Farm Křížov. We grow varietal Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) on 5 hectares of land. We take care of 3 256 trees of the Haschberg and Sampo varieties. We produce elderberry tea, syrups, marmalades, fruit cider, tinctures from the flowers and fruits.

We operate a café in the pleasant surroundings of the Průhonice Park. We offer premium Italian coffee, homemade lemonades, desserts, as well as soups and lunches.

We operate a beer hall with a restaurant. We offer a daily lunch menu. The capacity of the restaurant is 160 guests, the covered garden can seat another 80 guests. We hold regular darts tournaments, but you can also play for fun. We provide full catering services.
