Operation of the café.

We are an organic certified Elderberry Farm Křížov. We grow varietal Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) on 5 hectares of land. We take care of 3 256 trees of the Haschberg and Sampo varieties. We produce elderberry tea, syrups, marmalades, fruit cider, tinctures from the flowers and fruits.

In the restaurant Na Louce, located in the heart of the Lavender Valley overlooking the sacred Plešivec Mountain and our organic fields, we are dedicated to the preparation of traditional specialties of the Czech and Slavic calendar. On your plate you will find traditions.
