Operation of the restaurant.

The shop pays special attention to the saving, cleanliness and recycling of packaging material, as well as to the maximum quality of all products. Coffee shop with seating for slow filter coffee, tea, wine, soft/alcoholic beer etc..

We grind wheat and rye flour in the Pekárka mill using the technology of the Prokop Pardubice company in the traditional way, observing high requirements for hygiene and quality of wheat grain processing. We strive for the natural cycle of things, therefore all our packaging is recyclable and in line with nature.

Pancake window in the centre of Žďár nad Sázavou. It offers sweet and savoury French crepes, coffee and drinks (depending on the season). Everything to go.

We operate a kiosk where we offer fresh coffee, homemade lemonades, fresh juices, pancakes and other delicacies from our kitchen that can be ordered for your celebrations, parties and other events. We also provide catering and refreshments for outdoor events.

Our bistro in Žďár nad Sázavou at the polyclinic offers a daily buffet menu. The food can be enjoyed on site or taken away.
