Provision of social services. We strive and promote dignified and active aging with the goal of preserving quality of life. Our aim is to enable the clients for whom our services are intended to live a varied, meaningful, responsible, fulfilling and quality life.

Our organization provides social care services in the framework of nursing care and day care, social prevention services in a low-threshold facility for children and youth and in the framework of a field service of social activation services for families with children. We are also responsible for the operation of the DPS.

Providing assistance to persons who, because of age, chronic illness or physical disability, have reduced self-sufficiency and find themselves in an adverse social situation requiring the assistance of another person.

At the Charity Centre for the Elderly we enable our clients to live life actively and fully. The Charity Centre for the Elderly is a day, non-residential facility, providing social activation services with a focus on the elderly and people with disabilities.

Clients receive 24-hour care provided by social service workers and nurses. Regular medical care is provided by a team of specialists.

We provide comprehensive care and assistance to children with serious illnesses and disabilities, their families and caregivers. We offer short and long term respite stays, comprehensive inpatient nursing care, physiotherapy, psychological counselling and specialist advice.

We provide in the home for persons with disabilities according to § 48 (1) of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, residential services to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency due to disability, whose situation requires regular assistance of another natural person.

Providing comprehensive social services to clients with changing health conditions. We provide assistance with personal hygiene and coping with common self-care tasks. Mediation of contacts with the social environment, assistance in exercising rights and managing personal affairs.
