We are a contributory organization, established by the town of Tábor, which provides social services for the citizens of Tábor. The organization brings together seven social services (home for the elderly, home with special regime, nursing home, day care, home for women and mothers with children.

Provision of specialist palliative care to terminally ill and dying people and their caring relatives at home. Offering respite services and counselling. Hire of compensatory aids.

We provide care and education for children with disabilities. We offer integrated leisure activities, occupational therapy and counselling. The day care centre is for children, young people and adults with disabilities aged 2 years and over. We provide personal assistance, early care, rehabilitation and canister therapy.

Running a nursing home. The aim is to provide support and assistance in caring for one's own person. To provide a professional and safe service. To further enable the use of local institutions, services and natural relational networks.

Provision of residential social services to persons who, as a result of their age and health condition, find themselves in an unfavourable social situation which they are unable to overcome in their own environment. We provide comprehensive nursing care.

Offering accommodation and nursing care for the elderly. Operation of a rental shop for rehabilitation aids. Provision of care services in the home. Opportunities to use a handicraft workshop, grow flowers, watch movies and listen to music. We also focus on reminiscence care.

The Sedlčany Home provides residential social services for seniors and individuals with chronic mental illness. The facility offers year-round housing, meals, assistance with daily personal care and hygiene, as well as social-therapeutic and recreational activities.

We provide social and health services to the elderly. We arrange lectures, outings, musical performances, barbecues and Christmas events. We focus on assistance in coping with everyday tasks, assistance with personal hygiene, social therapeutic and acquisition activities and basic social counselling.
