The mission of the home is to provide year-round residential services in a safe and dignified environment to seniors and persons who have diminished self-sufficiency due to senile alzheimer's dementia and other types of dementia and are no longer able to manage their care on their own.

The mission of the Charity Centre of Mother Teresa - Care Service Hrabyně is to provide individual support and assistance to seniors or persons with reduced self-sufficiency in their natural environment.

Provision of social services for severely disabled adult citizens. Offering full day care for the person. Offering additional activities for prospective clients such as GP accessibility, specialist doctors, offering social life and more.

We provide social care services - home for the elderly and personal assistance.

Provision of social services to the elderly. Offering assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person, in personal hygiene or providing conditions for personal hygiene. Provision of accommodation including meals. Organisation of activation and social therapeutic activities.

Providing social, nutritional and health services to seniors. We offer assistance in managing the common tasks of self-care. We facilitate contact with the social environment. We provide cleaning, laundry, ironing and minor repairs of bedding and personal clothing.

Prevention, vaccination. ECG, laboratory diagnostics, determination of blood sugar, orientation screening of urine, examination of inflammatory markers in the blood - CRP, determination of occult bleeding from the intestinal mucosa - FOB test, performance of STREP tests - determination of streptococcal infections from the throat or wounds.

Offering nursing and care services. Option of expert care for the sick in the last period of their life.

Offering social day care for the elderly and people affected by Alzheimer's disease.

We operate a diabetic clinic. We provide diagnosis and evaluation of the risk of large vessel involvement. We monitor health status on a long-term basis and follow-ups take place every 3 to 4 months or as needed.

Adults over 27 years of age with reduced self-sufficiency who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation due to their chronic illness, i.e. a long-term or permanent, often incurable disease, in which the organism changes and requires continuous care. Also the elderly.

We operate a home for the elderly, a home with special arrangements and a respite service. The home is for seniors over 65 years of age who are permanently dependent on the care of another person. The respite service is for people aged 50 and over with reduced self-sufficiency who are cared for at home.

We provide comprehensive services in the home environment. We offer health care and social services for citizens. Specifically, home health care services that are fully covered by health insurance, indicated by a physician and are for all age groups, not just seniors.
