Operation of a home for the elderly.

We provide follow-up therapeutic, rehabilitation, nursing and palliative care mainly to patients of the Ostrava University Hospital. Social care beds are also operated on the premises of the Hospital for the Long-term Ill. We provide complex treatment procedures aimed at improving the self-care and mobility of patients.

Offering nursing, care and assistance services. Our services include assistance with personal hygiene tasks, help and support with eating and drinking, routine household maintenance tasks and more.

The mission of the Charity Centre of Mother Teresa - Care Service Hrabyně is to provide individual support and assistance to seniors or persons with reduced self-sufficiency in their natural environment.

Adults over 27 years of age with reduced self-sufficiency who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation due to their chronic illness, i.e. a long-term or permanent, often incurable disease, in which the organism changes and requires continuous care. Also the elderly.

Providing residential services and social assistance. We provide day to day support and care based on individual needs and wishes of service users. We provide social services to adults with intellectual or combined disabilities who require varying levels of support.

Preventive care, vaccinations. ECG, laboratory diagnostics, blood sugar determination, urine screening, inflammatory markers in blood - CRP, determination of occult bleeding from the intestinal mucosa - FOB test, performing STREP tests - determination of streptococcal infections from throat or wounds.

We provide comprehensive services in the home environment. We offer health care and social services for citizens. Specifically, home health care services that are fully covered by health insurance, indicated by a physician and are for all age groups, not just seniors.

Providing social, nutritional and health services to seniors. We offer assistance in managing the common tasks of self-care. We facilitate contact with the social environment. We provide cleaning, laundry, ironing and minor repairs of bedding and personal clothing.

Operation of the geriatric and nursing ward. The aim of the stay in the ward is to stabilize the deteriorated health and functional status of patients in older age groups. We specialize in patients with heart and vascular disease, memory impairment and impaired self-sufficiency.
