The mission of the home is to provide year-round residential services in a safe and dignified environment to seniors and persons who have diminished self-sufficiency due to senile alzheimer's dementia and other types of dementia and are no longer able to manage their care on their own.

The mission of the Charity Centre of Mother Teresa - Care Service Hrabyně is to provide individual support and assistance to seniors or persons with reduced self-sufficiency in their natural environment.

Provision of social services for severely disabled adult citizens. Offering full day care for the person. Offering additional activities for prospective clients such as GP accessibility, specialist doctors, offering social life and more.

Provision of social care and social prevention services within the meaning of Act No 108/2006 Coll., on social services, including the provision of selected optional activities.

Offering accommodation and social services for the elderly. Our goal is to provide a year-round residential social service to seniors who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age and whose situation requires regular assistance from another individual. We also provide help and support to seniors with dementia.

Operation of a general practitioner's office for children and adolescents.

We provide social care services - home for the elderly and personal assistance.

Providing social services, health care, boarding, laundry and cleaning. Provision of socio-legal counselling and cultural and social activities. There is a cafeteria, dining room with TV, video and projector.

Providing residential services and social assistance. Residential accommodation is comparable to a normal home, both in its arrangement of rooms and its facilities.

Offering nursing, care and assistance services. Our services include assistance with personal hygiene tasks, help and support with eating and drinking, routine household maintenance tasks and more.

Provision of services to persons with reduced self-sufficiency mainly due to age. We offer personal hygiene, help with dressing, treatment, leisure activities, social therapeutic and activation activities. We provide nursing and rehabilitation care.
