We provide (outpatient) social activation services for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Offering year round care for the elderly. Providing medical and nursing services. Total accommodation capacity is 172 places. There are 102 single rooms, 26 double rooms, 4 quadruple rooms, 7 triple rooms and 4 single rooms are available in the increased care wards.

Residential facility with special regime for homeless people aged 27 and over who need regular help from another person. We provide facilities related to the care of the user's own person and environment, including end-of-life care.

We operate a home for the elderly with basic health, nursing and social care services. Through our activities we support our clients in self-sufficiency, a dignified way of life and existing social contacts. The capacity of the home is 85 beds.

Operation of a non-government facility with a high standard of nursing care. Offering intensive rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy and palliative care. A park with wheelchair access is available for residents and the possibility of staying for foreigners and non-Prague clients.

We provide social services for homeless people. We operate a hostel and an asylum. We also focus on nursing rehabilitation, maintaining contact with people living on the streets for a long time and reducing health risks related to living on the streets.

Providing care services for the elderly. Assist with routine housekeeping, maintenance of household appliances, and shopping, laundry or ironing of bedding and personal linens. It includes a seniors club.

We operate a day care facility that serves seniors with reduced self-sufficiency due to age, disability or chronic mental illness. We provide assistance in coping with common self-care tasks, personal hygiene or providing meals.

We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

We provide professional counselling and field social services. We are the founder of professional social service centres in various parts of the Czech Republic, which include social counselling centres and facilities for care services, respite services or other services related to the care of the user in his own social environment.
