We provide or arrange emergency crisis assistance and social counselling. We carry out social therapeutic activities, mediate contact with the social environment. We offer assistance in asserting rights, legitimate interests and in handling personal matters.

Running a home for self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient elderly people. We organize cultural events. We provide medical and nursing care. We also have a new alzheimer's center.

Providing care services for the elderly. Assist with routine housekeeping, maintenance of household appliances, and shopping, laundry or ironing of bedding and personal linens. It includes a seniors club.

We provide social services for homeless people. We operate a hostel and an asylum. We also focus on nursing rehabilitation, maintaining contact with people living on the streets for a long time and reducing health risks related to living on the streets.

Operation of a nursing home. We offer assistance in coping with the usual tasks of caring for one's own person, personal hygiene or providing conditions for personal hygiene. Furthermore, provision of meals or assistance with the provision of meals and running of the household, mediation of contact with the social environment.

The day care centre is open to seniors over 65 years of age and people with physical or disabilities. We provide short-term care and an interesting day program. We provide clients with the necessary supervision (including taking medication). The service also includes the provision of meals.

We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

Registered provider of social services. We support and help those who are caring for a loved one at home and offer them the opportunity to have a few days rest, including nights out, away from their caring environment. We also offer care advice and specialist psychological support.

The hospital provides follow-up inpatient care with extended rehabilitation for patients coming for treatment after acute hospitalizations, surgeries or deterioration of health in the home environment. The outpatient part of the hospital provides care by a range of specialist doctors.

We provide telephone psychotherapy anonymously and free of charge to everyone from 16 years of age to senior citizens. It helps clients who are troubled by family, partnership or employment relationships, anxiety, feelings of loneliness, depression or the pressures and expectations of the environment.
