The organization is established by the town of Mělník for the purpose of providing social services Home for the elderly Ludmila and Pension, Home with special regime Vážka and field and outpatient care services intended mainly for old, disabled citizens in an unfavourable social situation.

We provide field social services. We are the founder of professional social service workplaces in various parts of the Czech Republic, which include facilities for care services, respite services or other services related to the care of the user in his own social environment.

Mission is to support the client through outreach services in maintaining or extending independent living in the home environment. This individual support is directed to people whose living situation is made more difficult by illness, health limitations or advanced age.

Operation of a nursing home. There are 50 flats, 35 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom flats.

Providing health and nursing services. Offer social counselling and information. The capacity of the home for the elderly is 75 places. We also operate a home with special regime, which has 26 places. We provide rational and dietary meals, room cleaning and laundry.

Home for the elderly located in a quiet part of the village, on the edge of the forest. It has a large garden with a pond and seating area, and there is a chapel in the grounds of the Home. The home is inhabited by 39 seniors, who are provided with a high level of social and health care.

Offering nursing care, accommodation and meals for people suffering from Alzheimer's disease. We also offer advice on Alzheimer's disease, social issues and social care. Possibility to communicate with patients via the internet.

Operation of a dermatovenerological outpatient clinic. We perform routine diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases in children and adults, diagnosis of pigmented formations using a dermatoscope, dermatosmetic procedures - treatment with liquid nitrogen, thermocouple, electrocoagulation, application of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid, etc.

We provide individual support to people with intellectual and combined disabilities to manage their own lives and opportunities for personal fulfilment.
