Our home care is specialist healthcare provided to patients on the advice of a registering GP. Its aim is to ensure the maximum range, availability, quality and effectiveness of healthcare for patients in their own social environment.

Through the provision of their social services, they enable people with intellectual disabilities to live a normal lifestyle in the community.

We run a home for the elderly. It is possible to use the garden and the common room with a computer. We offer activation and social therapeutic activities. For the elderly we arrange trips or social events with famous personalities.

Providing social services to senior citizens. Rooms are furnished with furniture and the client can supplement the room furnishings with their own, small items and electronics. The total capacity is 146 beds. The sanitary facilities are shared. We also provide the possibility of all-day boarding.

We operate a home for the elderly and a home with special regime.

Operation of a home for the elderly with a capacity of 75 clients. Providing a residential service for people with reduced self-sufficiency due to age, in order to ensure the independence and individual needs of clients to enable them to live a dignified old age. We provide all-day meals. Home for the elderly for Jihlava and its surroundings.

The founder of the Home for the elderly Velké Meziříčí is the Vysočina Region. It provides 103 beds within two social services: the Home for the Elderly and the Home with Special Regime. It provides year-round care for the elderly, all-day meals, therapeutic activities and assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person.

Our facility provides expert care and support for people with reduced independence, especially those with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. We offer a care home and residential respite service that provides quality care and a rich programme of leisure activities.
