The mission is to ensure psychological and physical self-sufficiency and independence, with the aim of enabling as far as possible participation in the normal life of society.

Operation of a nursing home for the elderly.

Operation of a centre which is aimed at a target group of partially or totally uninsured elderly and severely disabled persons who require individualised comprehensive nursing care. The home is intended for persons aged 27 and over. The capacity is 45 beds with round-the-clock care.

Provision of social and accommodation services to the elderly, disabled and people in need, including therapeutic assistance. Offering assistance in coping with self-care, personal hygiene. Provision of educational, training and activation activities. The capacity of the facility is 52 persons.

Our mission is to provide support and care to adults with high levels of care needs in basic living skills. We create a safe and supportive home for people facing the challenges associated with mental illness. Our community services are focused on people with disabilities.

We run a day care centre for the elderly and disabled. The capacity of the facility is 10 places. We provide assistance in coping with common tasks of caring for one's own person or assistance with personal hygiene. The day-care centre is intended for people aged 60 and over or physically handicapped and people with mild mental disabilities aged 16 and over.

We provide palliative and mobile hospice care. The purpose of the care is to alleviate physical and mental distress, preserve the client's dignity and provide support for the whole family. At the same time, we provide home care. In the territory of Uherské Hradiště and Uherskobrodsko, we provide a relief service.

Providing comprehensive nursing services to patients in their homes without the need for hospitalization or transportation to a medical facility. We perform dressings, administer injections, prepare medications, and check health status.
