Providing psychosocial assistance to persons in crisis. Together with the worker, the service user goes through the story, looking for footholds for a way out of the crisis situation, strengthening their competences to return to their normal environment, normal life.

We are dedicated to protecting and advocating for the needs, rights and interests of all the hearing impaired in the country. We offer interpreting services for the hearing impaired, sign language courses for the public, a counseling center for the hearing impaired, social and legal counseling, assistance in dealing with the authorities, room rental.

We provide people with hearing and combined disabilities with comprehensive support in the form of social services that facilitate their integration into society (social rehabilitation, professional social counselling and interpreting services). We operate throughout the Czech Republic both in the field and on an outpatient basis.
