The Children's Therapeutic Centre Trnová is a day residential service for children from 1 to 7 years of age with disabilities or disadvantages and for children with special needs. The service focuses on supporting the child's development with regard to their specific needs and on supporting the family.

We run a nursery school for 67 children. Meals are provided for the children in the dining room. Sports, social and cultural events or playschemes are also organized.

The children's group Lukášek offers a cozy and safe environment for children. It includes a garden where children spend time outdoors, take care of plants and learn about nature. The children's group Skřítek Tomášek a Matýsek in Rokycany offers a modern and cosy environment for children. There is a playroom with educational toys, a relaxation zone and animal friends. We emphasize a family atmosphere, the joy of discovery and an individual approach. We accept children from the age of 1.
