The MERKO HBS 2.0 D concrete batching plant with a volume of 2.0 m3 and an hourly output of 65m3 is equipped with year-round automatic computer-controlled operation. For the winter period it is equipped with a device for heating the mixing water. There is also a recycling plant for processing residual concrete.

The mortar plant produces high quality mixes for poured floors as well as special products for creating lightweight levelling, gradient and thermal insulation layers for floors and flat roofs.

We have been manufacturing concrete for more than 25 years. We offer production and sales of concrete and concrete mixes, concrete transport, concrete pumping, sales of aggregates, sand and gravel. You can also find special mixes of self-compacting concretes, self-leveling concretes, etc... Personal collection of concretes, aggregates and sands is possible.

We carry out complete deliveries of concrete floors, ceilings and flat roofs directly on construction sites. We supply Ekostyren insulating concrete, which is the raw material for the production of special parts, panels and building blocks. The company also carries out cast-in-place floors, cement screeds.
