The brewery is located in the building of the Čížov chateau and sells Czech Pilsner-type beer. The beer is filled into 15 l, 20 l, 30 l and 50 l KEG kegs, 1.5 l PET bottles are also available. The beers on tap are 10° PEPA light lager, 11° JOSEF light lager, 12° OLAF light lager.

The pub offers a pleasant seating area, a children's playground with a trampoline, barbecue. We spin Svijany, we offer specialty beers and homemade lemonades.

We are a craft brewery specializing in the production of a wide range of honest beers. Our offerings include Permon beer, pale lager and American pale ale. We bring unique experiences from a variety of flavors and ingredients. We believe you will love our beers.

The beer is brewed in the traditional way from Pilsner-type malt from the regional malting plant in Záhlinice. Our brewery has an annual production of 800 hectolitres. We recommend ordering larger quantities in advance, as all types may not always be available. We also sell beer in kegs to order.

On tap are the Trautenberk brewery from Malá Úpa and the Prague brewery Hostivar, with beers from other friendly microbreweries rotating on other taps. The beer is complemented by an interesting range of wines, spirits and delicacies from our kitchen.
