In the local family brewery we continue the tradition of brewing beer in South Bohemia. We brew here honest, Czech, bottom-fermented beers, as well as top-fermented beers, known mainly abroad. For the production of beer we use not only quality Czech malts, but especially water from the local underground lake.

We run a brewery. In the brewery restaurant you can buy not only our draft beer, but also bottled beer to go. Regional cheeses are also on offer. We brew on weekends and pre-arranged events.

Operation of the brewery and sale of refreshments.

The brewery was founded in 2017 with the intention of reviving the craft of brewing in Telč. The brewery brews beer according to original recipes and preserves traditional methods. All of our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, thus retaining their exceptional aroma and taste.

We produce traditional Czech lagers from quality malt and hops. Our offer also includes top-fermented beers such as IPA, Stout and Weizen. We believe in honesty and quality, and love to discover new flavours. We would love your feedback on our beers, which are made with love and passion.

The production of the brewery is 6000 ha per year. It brews beer not only for its own needs, but also exports it to neighbouring towns.

Brewery Operations.

We offer hot, minute and ready meals and Czech cuisine. We provide various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and beers from our own microbrewery, there is a summer garden.

Modern technology, traditional and non-traditional methods of beer production, only selected, quality ingredients, honest lager or special beers. These are the main attributes of our family brewery. Moreover, you can taste the finished Wolfgang beer almost in the brewery's brewhouse, which is located directly in the brewery's restaurant.

We brew beer exclusively from Czech ingredients. Malt from the Kroměříž region and Žatecký hops give our beer the best taste and quality. We produce beer using the craft process with fermentation in open vats. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with all the health benefits and traditional taste.
