We are a family-run bistro, we cook 3 soups and 3 meals every day. We cook with organic ingredients from local farmers, prepare homemade desserts and bake our own pastries and other products. We have beer, flavored birelles, filtered water, and homemade lemonade on tap. We make espresso from freshly roasted coffee.

Nové Bystřo - a cruise bistro in the unusual environment of the old station warehouse of the narrow gauge railway in Nové Bystřice. You will find here honest local products, beer, wine, limo, sausage, homemade sweet products, coffee and romance by the tracks.

During the high season (July-September) the menu usually includes three soups, around 15 main dishes and 5 appetizers. The rest of the year we don't cook - we only have cold dishes and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We have Regent 12° and Pilsner beer on tap. We also have draught lemonade.
