The craft brewery was founded in 2020 by two friends, brewers Martin and Roman. We brew in the original malt house and our brewhouse is heated by steam. And that's reflected in our steampunk design. We brew beers of different styles, because the beer world doesn't revolve around lager.

We run a brewery. We offer unfiltered bottom fermented beers.

We have been producing traditional Czech beer according to original recipes since 1874. Holba beer is characterized by its unique taste, typical aroma and excellent carbonation. The quality of the raw materials together with the classical production technology give it its special character.

Brewery Operations.

The family brewery has been brewing quality craft beers since 2011. It offers Czech lagers and modern styles such as IPA, sour and saison. Thanks to the selection of raw materials and emphasis on quality, it has a firm place on the Czech beer scene. The beers can be found in keg, bottle and can in the brewery, restaurants and e-shop.

We produce unfiltered, unpasteurized beer in a family microbrewery founded in 1992. Pale lager 11 and 12, honey beer 15 and dark honey beer 13, A. P. A. , wheat beers and various specials, newly cider. All in PET or kegs of various sizes. Fermenter, beer lemonade, Yellow, fruit flavored limo.

Come and see and taste our beers. Possibility to buy bottled or in keg keg. We also organize tastings with interpretation. Our flagship beer is Legrút - a bottom-fermented 12° lager.

Here you will find a plethora of beer specials from dozens of Czech and foreign breweries. On tap you can always taste at least three beers from the ever-changing selection. You can sit with your beer with us or take it away with you.
