The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

Pivovar Strakonice 1649, a.s. is a traditional Czech beer producer owned directly by the town of Strakonice. Under the main brand Dudák it produces a wide portfolio of unpasteurized beers.
