Progressive Pilsner brewery focusing on top-fermented beers of foreign styles. In the four years of its existence it has become one of the Czech craft beer leaders and is on the permanent menu of the best beer bars across the Czech Republic and abroad.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.

We have been brewing beer since 2009, when the first batch was made. Today we brew 30 beers a year, deliver beer to over 100 locations and employ 15 people in the brewery. Stop by our store for a draft or bottled to go, or for a meal in our gastropub where BBQ food awaits.

You can look forward to sausage, meatloaf or pulled pork, but we also have something for vegetarians. There are also three types of draft beer, homemade lemonade and other soft drinks.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.
