The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Norbert beer here using quality ingredients and recipes. We regularly organize various cultural events. We offer the possibility of brewery tours and tastings.
We are a small brewery founded in 2015 in South Bohemia. We brew beer mostly from our own hops and malt. We grow Žatecký poloraný červeňák, Sládek, Kazbek, Premiant and Rubín on a hop farm within sight of the brewery. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized beers.
The beer bar offers up to 8 beers on tap from local small craft breweries. Enjoy the unique atmosphere and taste beer specials you won't find anywhere else. You can book the lounge for a party or corporate event.
We operate a client centre. We produce and sell Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce and supply non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.
Beer bar and beer bar. On tap you will regularly find 6 beers from Czech microbreweries and 6 fridges with the best that Czech and foreign production has to offer. You can sit in the cosy and design interior (by Hana Kronus), and we also have delicious pates from Melememaso to eat alongside the bar classics.
A modern brewery with a two-barrel 5 hl brewhouse that proudly claims its hometown. You can taste Bubenečský lager, which is very successful, as well as ALE, Osmička and many other beers. And not only that, we also cook very well.
Pivotéka has an awesome 7-metre long taproom fitted with eight profi taps, behind the taproom sits a huge fridge for 300 bottles of Czech craft beer. A separately cooled cellar is located directly under the tap, which guarantees the highest quality of the beer on tap.
