Italian pizzeria and bistro in the heart of Jenč. We offer delicious pizza, fresh pasta, great coffee and summer drinks.

Pinsa is a traditional Roman dish, it has a different texture and taste. The dough is lighter and airier thanks to a special combination of flours, has a characteristic oval shape and is crispy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside. It is a great choice for those looking for a lighter and more digestible alternative to traditional pizza.

Operation of the restaurant.

The round Roman pizza, called TONDA ROMANA ("tonda" in Italian means "round") is a special type of crispy round, thin, delicious pizza. The dough is left to rise for two whole days, giving it plenty of time to really mature.

We bake our famous pizzas in a wood-fired oven, offer Bernard beer, homemade lemonades and ice cream balls. For families with kids we have opened a children's playroom. In spring and summer, there is an outdoor terrace. We have our own parking lot. Our guesthouse offers nice rooms with bathroom and air conditioning.

Pizza in hand or in the garden. The menu is further expanded with a variety of Ukrainian dishes whose offer changes every week.

Refreshments on the cycle path. Heated indoor bar-style seating with hot fast food in winter. Possibility of booking the whole log cabin for approx 40 places for private events with bespoke refreshments, barbecues etc.

Specialities of Old Bohemian cuisine and a selection of four draught beers from the Smíchov brewery. There is a summer garden and a parking lot. The restaurant is currently closed.
