Are you into triathlon, pool swimming or just like to swim. If you want to improve your technique, push your performance or just want to swim for health and well-being, we have the solution. Different performance groups for kids, adults or the whole family. We have been here since 2013, originally as Swim Smooth.

During the summer months, we will work with you individually or you can attend one of our camps. We teach children and adults how to swim properly. We can help advanced and competitive swimmers fine-tune their technique. We can organize a group swim for the whole family or a work team.

We create the conditions for sports to have an effect and a pleasant experience. We prepare training and fitness programs, especially for endurance sports. We cater for athletes and clients of all performance and skill levels.
