Guided tours. The power plants of the royal town of Písek - a unique monument of history and possible future. The power plant is managed by the Prácheň Museum in Písek.

We run an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Adolf Heyduk. We exhibit the poet's study, dining room and salon including furniture, library, paintings and small utilitarian objects.

The Prácheň Museum has been housed in the historic building of the former royal castle since 1902. The museum represents the cultural and natural heritage of the Prague Region and Písek. The museum also includes a professional library, a museum shop and an accompanying programme of lectures and events for the public.
